Restauranteur is provided by Cuore Di Caffe Ltd (Malta). We want you to be fully satisfied — if you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This is in addition to your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, you can:
- Visit paddle.net and use their refund request flow, or
- Contact us through the support channels within the Restauranteur app.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your original payment method and banking provider.
Lifetime Access Refunds
Our one-time lifetime access plan is also covered by the same 30-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund and your lifetime access will be revoked.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive. Otherwise, we honour all refund requests made within the 30-day window, no questions asked.
